A. Why do you care in what country your web server is hosted in? With the speed of the Internet, geographical location is almost irrelevant. With the generally weak US dollar, a north American web hosting company might be competitive with a local hosting company. You might find better server infrastructure as well. On the other hand, I don't believe that I'd want my web pages hosted in North Korea or Iran.
